Across the United States, students graduate academically credentialed yet structurally unprepared for adult performance. The issue is not lack of ambition — it is misalignment and limited exposure. Lattice Inc exists to change that.
"The issue is not lack of ambition — it is misalignment and limited exposure."Ashanti Sears · Founder, Lattice Inc
"Lattice Inc searches for what makes a person perform at their highest level — then architects the environment for that performance to happen."
Lattice Inc is a research-driven organization whose core mission is to be a catalyst for a higher quality of life for Americans. We use the phrase "higher quality of life" deliberately — and with full awareness that quality is subjective.
That anxiety is epidemic among young Americans. It is the silent force behind a workforce that is misaligned, underperforming, and disengaged — not because people lack ambition, but because they were never given the architecture to understand themselves.
In practice, this mission is expressed through two distinct but connected experiences.
We ask: what innately makes this person thrive? Using CliftonStrengths as the near-term diagnostic and our proprietary algorithm in development, we identify each student's wiring before introducing them to any industry or role.
We build the environment — the sessions, curriculum, community, and content — that allows a person to perform at their highest level once they understand who they are.
The enrichment experience delivers the architecture in person. The digital experience distributes it at scale. Together, they reach every young American — whether or not they're in the room.
The architectural intervention — a monthly, in-person program that meets students at the intersection of self-discovery and industry exposure. We identify each student's innate wiring, then expose them to the roles, tools, and cultures of industries that align with who they already are. A culture curriculum builds the holistic habits adults actually need to thrive.
The cultural distribution channel — a YouTube series that brings the Lattice Inc framework to anyone, anywhere. Ashanti Sears and culturally relevant influencers unpack real careers, explore hobbies that restore the nervous system, surface resources most people don't know exist, and have the honest conversations about adulthood that no one else is having on camera.
Everything Lattice Inc builds flows from a single research question — and branches into two lived experiences that together create lasting change.
Ashanti Sears grew up in Cleveland, Ohio — a city that has consistently ranked among the top 10 most dangerous in the United States for over a decade. She watched the system shape the trajectories of her family and peers in ways that limited their potential. While her peers followed the path constructed for them, Ashanti participated in programs that changed the direction of her life.
Now, with the wisdom and knowledge necessary, she is building the program she wishes had existed — one that teaches students how to be balanced and whole, so they graduate with the confidence and self-assurance to engage the world as creators and contributors, with minimal fear and anxiety.
"By creating a program that teaches students how to be balanced and whole, students will graduate from Lattice Inc with the confidence and self-assurance necessary to engage in the world as a creator and contributor — with minimal fear and anxiety."
Strategic advisors with backgrounds in education, workforce development, corporate partnerships, and community impact — help govern a think tank with national ambition.
Culturally relevant influencers join Ashanti to unpack real careers — with sponsored adventures, honest conversations, and content that moves people from anxiety to direction.

This is where the Lattice Inc framework is applied directly to a student's life. A monthly session environment designed to move young people from anxiety and misalignment into clarity, confidence, and direction.
From the moment a student walks in on Day 1 to years after they leave — Lattice Inc tracks, supports, and advocates for their success.
Every student takes the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment on their first day. Their results map them to industry pathways and roles that align with their innate wiring and natural-born abilities — so the exposure they receive resonates, not just whatever's available.
Each monthly session features a professional covering their role's deep expertise, essential SOPs and workflows, industry-specific software and technology, and the most pressing policies affecting their field today. Students don't just hear about careers — they learn the operational reality.
Taught by vetted experts through Socratic seminars, field trips, panels, and interactive storytelling. Topics include intrapersonal habits, interpersonal skills, nutrition, shadow work, networking, and personal development — the practical modus operandi for optimal holistic health.
Students learn through shared experiences, conferences, collaborative projects, and hands-on engagement designed to ease the transition from student to adult — addressing the silent, subconscious anxiety that comes with growing up and entering the world.
Lattice Inc tracks each student's success long after they leave — measuring year-over-year confidence growth, satisfaction in their continuing education pathway, alignment between their chosen role and their CliftonStrengths profile, and their self-worth confidence levels. This ongoing data proves program impact and informs every future iteration of our curriculum.
Growing beyond the pilot. Lattice Inc is currently operating as a monthly pilot — but our long-term goal is to transition into a full-time enrichment program with our own dedicated facility. A permanent home where students can access the program year-round, where the community we're building has a physical space to grow, and where Lattice Inc can operate at the full scale of its vision.
Note: Lattice Inc highlights non-traditional, professional career pathways within these industries — not conventional trade roles.
The culture curriculum framework is developed by Ashanti Sears and taught by outside experts who have researched and tested their own theories on each subject.
High-demand, employer-identified roles across Texas industries where students arrive at continuing education programs without the context they need. For the pilot, Lattice Inc is centering non-traditional, hands-on technical careers in high-demand Texas industries — roles that most students have never been introduced to, but that offer real pathways, real wages, and real alignment with their innate strengths. Lattice Inc bridges the gap by giving students industry awareness, tool familiarity, and professional confidence before they ever enter a CE program.
The enrichment program is free for every student. These are the specific resources and partners that make it possible.

The cultural distribution channel for the Lattice Inc framework — bringing career clarity, nervous system restoration, and honest conversations about adulthood to anyone, anywhere, through a YouTube series built to move people from anxiety to direction.
Each episode is structured to be deeply educational and genuinely entertaining — with built-in sponsorship moments, student CTAs, and content that keeps viewers engaged from first frame to last.
Ashanti and the influencer explore the most interesting but average-paying careers that actually exist. They cover the most relevant SOPs, tools, and software — with a dedicated industry professional as guide. Students see the operational reality of a career, not just the surface.
A separate professional provides industry context — the history, landscape, and the most pressing policy affecting the role today. Students get the full picture, not just the glamour. This segment ensures Lattice Inc content holds up as a serious educational resource.
Ashanti and the influencer step out for a sponsored meal and have a light-hearted, genuinely fun conversation — relatable, human, and designed to keep the viewer engaged between the more substantive segments.
A sponsored activity matched to the influencer's innate character. Calm? Pottery, spa, painting. High-energy? Go-kart racing, skiing, rock climbing. A neuroscience expert explains the neurological benefits of the activity — giving students real, science-backed reasons to invest in hobbies that make them feel good.
Throughout each episode: government grants like the TEFA program, local facilities like the YMCA, health insurance benefits that cover hobbies, and continuing education programs that help students jumpstart their careers. CTAs throughout drive student engagement and feed Lattice Inc's internal analytics.
The YouTube channel isn't just marketing — it's an extension of the Lattice Inc mission. Students who can't attend in-person can still access career exploration, hobby spotlights, resource callouts, and real-talk conversations the show provides.
CTAs throughout every video feed Lattice Inc's internal analytics — giving us the student feedback we need to continuously improve the program and demonstrate impact to corporate partners.
The Lattice Inc show isn't limited to creators in the workforce or wellness space. This is an outlet for any influencer with a platform who wants to take their impact a step further — using their reach to give young people a real look at careers, hobbies, and resources that most people never encounter growing up.
If you have an audience and you care about what happens to the next generation — there's a role for you in this show. The only requirement is that you show up as yourself.
